Terms of service
Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Arvex Creative Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”) for the use of Atlas, a Media Buzz product. By creating an account or using Atlas you accept them. If you use Atlas for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
1. The service
Atlas lets a business link its WhatsApp number and work with its customers from a shared workspace: an inbox, contacts, a sales pipeline, automations, campaigns and an AI assistant. Features depend on the plan.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and the workspaces you own, including what your team members do.
- Workspace owners decide who joins and what role they have.
3. WhatsApp
Atlas connects to WhatsApp as a linked device, the same way WhatsApp Web does. This is not an official WhatsApp Business API connection, and WhatsApp (Meta) is not part of this agreement. WhatsApp can limit, suspend or ban a number, for example if people report or block it. Atlas paces messages and checks consent to reduce that risk, but we cannot guarantee it, and we are not responsible for actions WhatsApp takes. You must follow WhatsApp’s own terms and policies.
4. Your customers and consent
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message the people in your workspace, and for honouring opt-outs.
- Only send marketing to people who agreed to receive it. Atlas’s campaign tools enforce this using the consent you record; record it honestly.
- You are the data controller for your customers’ data, and we process it for you as our privacy policy describes.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Atlas to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who opted out;
- send anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes others’ rights;
- collect contacts you are not entitled to, or scrape groups or other people’s data;
- get around WhatsApp’s limits or restrictions, or disguise automated messages; or
- attack, overload, or try to break into Atlas or other users’ workspaces.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts other users, recipients or the service at risk.
6. The AI assistant
When you switch AI replies on, Atlas answers your customers automatically using the facts you provide. AI can make mistakes. Keep your facts accurate and review conversations; you are responsible for what is sent on your business’s behalf. The assistant hands conversations to your team when it is unsure, and you can stop it at any time.
7. Plans, trial and payment
- Each new workspace gets a 7-day free trial of the Basic plan. No card is needed.
- Paid plans are charged monthly, in naira, through Flutterwave, at the prices shown on the Billing page when you pay.
- If you pay by card, Flutterwave may save it so your plan renews automatically the day before each period ends. You can remove the saved card on the Billing page at any time; your plan then runs until the end of the period you paid for.
- When a plan ends (or a renewal fails, after a 3-day grace period), the workspace becomes receive-only: messages still arrive and nothing is deleted, but sending stops until a plan is active again.
- Payments are not refundable for partly used periods, except where the law requires it or we charged you in error.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice to workspace owners. Changes apply from your next period.
8. Your data
Your workspace data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Atlas. Owners can ask us for a copy (export) of their workspace data at privacy@arvex.ng. If you close your workspace, we delete its data as our privacy policy describes.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Atlas running and secure, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell owners in advance.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Atlas is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business, or for actions taken by WhatsApp, Google or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Atlas at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or if the law requires it.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and Nigerian courts will hear any dispute.
13. Changes to these terms
We will tell workspace owners about important changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Atlas means you accept them.
